HomeAdvantage was CU Realty with a product called HomeAdvantage. The HomeAdvantage name switch was a no brainier with the direction the company was moving, so after diving deep we discovered that a clean modern type based logo would be the right direction to take with the logo design.
A deep dive into HomeAdvantage led me to the magician archetype for HomeAdvantage. The are magical and innovative always striving to wow their customers and keep them at the for front of simple and rewarding home buying and selling.
Creating the Tagline for HomeAdvantage took a little dancing but when it come out we knew that it was the perfect one “Real Estate with Real Rewards”
This one was a doozy! this website had many moving parts from a co-branded marketing side of the website to a home-search that had to bee smooth and easy to navigate, plus stand up to MLS scutiny.
